Product Description

This toy includes a sturdy house with four chunky balls. Children will love watching the balls roll through the house! This is also a great eye tracking toy for toddlers. The item is made from child-safe and non-toxic materials.

Through this activity children can also learn about cause and effect when they release the ball through each level in the house. This also encourages hand-eye coordination. Rolling activities increases a child’s curiosity which also encourage them to ask questions which in turn play an important role in language development.

This activity promotes the development of children’s fine and gross motor skills as they pick up the balls and put it onto each track. Your child will love watching the ball roll down the tracks.

Shipping & Return Policy

At Bambi Bunny Co, we are committed to dispatching your order as soon as possible. Please allow 1-4 working days. You will be issued a tracking number via email once your order has been processed.

We will not resend orders that are delivered to an incorrect address. Please re-check the delivery address before placing your order.

Please do not provide us with a PO BOX address or Parcel Collect address, as this may cause the parcel to be resent back to us. The fee for resending the parcel due to this is on the customer.

  • $25 Express Flat shipping rate Australia-wide. ( Parcel under 5kg )

  • Books, Temporary Tattoos, Stickers or anything that is small, we can help posting them with just stamps ( no tracking ), please contact us before checkout
  • Free Click&Collect – Riley’s Cafe, Mount Pleasant – WA  ( Wednesday and Thursday only ; Morning – 2 pm )

PRE-ORDER POLICY 

Pre-order orders that are made with in-stock items, order will be sent all together. If you want to split delivery, please contact us so that it can be arranged. Extra shipping fees will apply. 

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, which includes for delays in preorder estimated dates beyond our control.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Refund is not available due to change of mind, mistakenly placing the order, providing an incorrect address, or damage caused by product misuse.

At Bambi Bunny Co, we promise to inspect and carefully package every item before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email amelia@bambibunnyco.com.au within 3 days of receipt of goods with a picture of the item.

We will then provide you with a return address and you will be responsible for the shipping cost. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition within 7 days of notification.

We recommend that you carefully repackage your item to avoid any further damage during transit. We also recommend using express post or registered post to track your item as we will not accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once we have received and carefully inspected your item, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the item and provide an outcome of your refund request. If your refund request is approved, you should receive the refunded amount within 7-10 business days of our email notification.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, samples/seconds sale items marked as ‘imperfectly perfect’ are non-refundable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
